Nevada: As of 03/06/08, Nevada Sex Offender Registry information is not available. Nevada statute, NRS 179B.270, does not allow Nevada Sex Offender Registry information to be resold or used for employment purposes.

Alaska: The turnaround time for motor vehicle reports has increased to three to five days, instead of one day. There has been no explanation from the Alaska Department of Motor Vehicles regarding the increased turnaround time.
